19 herbs ground into a fine powder can be mixed with Vaseline or even better mix the powder in a pan with Vodka or Rice Wine and heat untill the alcohol is burnt off and you are left with a thick paste, the Vodka will increase the power of the treatment.
Use on Chronic injuries to the limbs only, not on the head or over the internal organs.

Used for injuries after the initial swelling and redness has subsided but is still left with pain, stifness and poor range of movment, this soak is very good in treating muscle strains, pulls and sprains of the ankle, wrists, finger, knees etc.place the herbs in a large pan with plenty of water (if its a hand or foot then enough to cover ) soak the herbs for 20mins and then bring to the boil and simmer for 20mins when cooled soak injury for 20mins twice a day for 10 days re heat every day no need to re-boil.
