DUAL MAN FORM
This DVD teaching a dual form involving the application of unarmed techniques in attack and defence. The form is performed by two practitioners in a series of moves and counter moves utilising a variety of techniques.

2010 Summer Course in Llandudno North Wales features the 5 Animals; Dragon, Snake, Tiger, Leopard and Crane.
Each day a sequence movements were taught for the specific animal and at the end of the week they were put together to create a complete 5 animal form.

2011 Summer Course in Llandudno North Wales marks the 35th Anniversary of Lau Gar Summer Courses.
This year a short form was taught along with various applications of the form.
Also on the DVD are walking techniques, kicking routines, a yoga warm down followed by meditation practice.
